Originally from Brazil, Duda brings a global perspective that adds a unique touch to our business. When she's not busy assisting clients, she is spending time with her husband and two children or you can find her on the tennis court, engaging in her weekly matches and staying active. With a thirst for knowledge, Duda immerses herself in the pages of her Kindle. Her strong Christian faith is evident in her dedication to teaching Sunday school for little ones at our local church. Since entering the real estate world in 2018, Duda has been delivering exceptional service and helping clients find their dream homes.

Complementing our team is Erin Davis, a UGA alumni (Go Dawgs!). Having grown up in East Cobb, she is a true local expert with an intimate understanding of East Cobb and surrounding areas. After earning her degrees in biology and ecology, she joined the workforce in the quality assurance department for a medical device company. Her meticulous attention to detail is second to none and is vital to every transaction. Erin stepped out of the workforce as she shifted her attention to her family and homeschooling her children. Homeschooling has equipped Erin with a unique set of skills where she can individualize and cater to the specific needs of each client. When not with a client or teaching her children, Erin enjoys supporting the local youth sports associations. Real estate has always been a passion of Erin’s and with a strong focus on personalized care, Erin is committed to guiding you through the real estate process.
