About QUILLIE

Hi…. My name is Quillie Williams, Associate Broker in real estate at Maximum One Realty Greater Atlanta. I have over 24 years of experience in assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. I will listen to your needs and use my extensive knowledge of the metro Atlanta area to assist buyers in the best area based on your needs. I will work to get sellers the most value for their homes (at the asking price or higher in some cases) in the least amount of time. I place a high value on helping people understand the complexities of their real estate transaction, such as the details of a mortgage, what to expect when making an offer, and what to expect after the offer has been accepted. I make sure my clients get their questions answered before, during, and even after the transaction has been completed. I have lived in the metro area since 1991, I know the area very well. Before I began working in real estate, I worked as a Certified Public Accountant with an accounting firm (one of the big six at the time), and FDIC (closing down banks and assisting asset manager with REO and other assets) and I also worked with some of the local large banks in Atlanta. I have been a Christian for most of my life. I am married with two children and six grandchildren. I enjoy exercising, healthy eating, and spending time with my family. I am dedicated to using my experience to get you the results you will be happy with.
